Best Knife for Shaping Sour Dough Bread

This 8-inch taping knife is the perfect size for shaping taut sour dough loaves of bread. The stainless steel blade is food safe and the handle very comfortable in the hand. I wasn't able to make such perfect loaves with an ordinary bench knife, but this one makes shaping easy, which means less handling of the dough and better oven spring. And I love the red handle. It's MY new favorite tool and not going anywhere near the garage!
