Arrived with a large hole and tear.
The back of the box is torn and has punctures. Didn't actually do well. The metal insertion sleeve is dangerously sharp and cannot be fastened in the hole because of the nature of the wood. This cuts the bird in a second of use. We buy animal products for their safety. I would like to see that in your products too. Extremely disappointed
