The fit was perfect and gave new life to my MacBook 15 Early 2011. The computer became quick again. The battery life was only about 6 hours, clearly less than a new computer but not terrible. The life quickly dropped off. 9 months in, it struggled to hold a charge at all, but was okay since I used it plugged in most the time. Well at 10 months it died completely and made the computer lag so terribly that it has made the computer useless. I tried to write the review on that computer, but it was making me so mad I had to switch to another device.BUYER BEWARE!I saw a few similar reviews, but overall people were happy. At this point I'm wondering if most reviews are fake.If you need a super cheap temporary solution to get access to some old data, then this is for you.If you plan on using the laptop seriously as a portable laptop for 3 - 6 months, maybe look elsewhere.If you hope to get another 5 years out of the computer, RUN! It won't end well.tldr: Only lasted 10 months.
