I've seen other reviews that suggest the user has an intermittent connection to the computer. I haven't had this issue but did notice that the fit is quite snug. I'm wondering if previous reviewers' intermittent connections were caused by damage to the connector inside when the connector was inserted. The force can cause solder joints to crack or detach from the circuit board. Often this type of damage occurs over time as the connector is removed and reinserted many times. Even inserting a fork once can cause a problem if it is misaligned. I'm not trying to point fingers at anyone in this review, just hoping to help others avoid this issue.
