Review on 📱 INFILAND iPad 9.7 2018 Case with Pencil Holder - Translucent Frosted Back, Smart Cover Stand - Rose-Gold - Compatible with 6th Gen - 2018 Release, 9.7inch iPad by Paul Dobson

I recently ordered this case in black and thought everything would be fine. The packaging was good and the item was in good condition. I figured out how the Apple Pencil placement worked and was pleased. However, when I was taking some notes for my accounting class, my hand simply rested on the back of the iPad for support. I made contact with the soft side of the lid that makes contact with the iPad's screen when closed. After a while I noticed my fingers getting dirty from this soft material. I have no idea how so I got up and washed my hands and there was still residue left. I ran my finger over the soft material and sure enough there was a mark on my finger. I'm very disappointed because I've been waiting for this case all day and even avoided rubber cases knowing they would be bulky. I will be returning this case and avoiding this seller/company. Edit: Alright, I contact support about this and they happily sent me a new case with 2 days shipping, they even let me keep my old one. When I received the item it was in the same packaging, nothing new. The case was exactly the same as the one I had previously purchased. However, I still have the same problem, my fingers are turning black. I rest my fingers on the soft material when the lid is folded back to easily use my Apple Pencil and I don't understand why they still get dirty. Maybe that's due to the workmanship of the lid, but maybe it only occurs with the black case. In any case. It still annoys me that I have to use my iPad a certain way to avoid getting my hands dirty, but since the company was very responsive and the customer service was excellent, I'm willing to put up with it . This suitcase is exactly what I wanted, not sure why other suitcases are so bulky. So overall I'm satisfied, but still annoyed. Rschunimagu.
