Received this for a small wedding I was hosting at my home - apparently without a videographer or anyone else. First I recorded the procession (4 minutes) and then the ceremony itself (7 minutes). I filmed everything with my phone and this tripod held everything perfectly. I had it at its greatest height, and while it wasn't as solid as a large formal camera tripod, it wasn't wobbly like a giraffe either. The base legs are spaced far enough apart to aid in stability, and the bar itself, even fully extended, was fairly sturdy. I mean it was at maximum expansion. Movement around him didn't shake the camera. I didn't put anything heavier on it (like a proper camera) but for a cellphone it was as easy as can be. It also comes with a good case, not heavy. I think that's a very useful thing when even a selfie stick doesn't help with your Thanksgiving 13 relatives. I expect a lot more benefit from it.
