I ordered these two packs as they offer the best value for money. Unfortunately the first cartridge that was opened and put in my printer didn't work, after several attempts to print pages nothing came out. I frantically emailed support and was quickly contacted to ask for cartridge information and my shipping address. Once the information was provided they immediately sent me a replacement which arrived almost overnight. I opened the second cartridge in the first pack and it printed without any problems. Let's hope that the first case was an isolated case. I would definitely recommend based on the customer service I received. Sometimes things don't work, the important thing is how to solve the problem!
