Review on ShoreTel by Michael Hale

The best part of shoretel is that it allows you to have an unlimited number of devices connected which makes them easy to use. It also helps with conferencing so all your employees are able to communicate at once. Sometimes, there is a lag time between when someone presses the talk button and when they actually hear the other person but this can be fixed by having more bandwidth. I do not like that you cannot easily access the call logs or voicemails. It would be nice if you could see all the calls made and received through the system. If you need to connect multiple people and you want them all to be able to communicate together, then shoretel is the way to go. We are connecting remote offices around the world, we were looking for a solution to make sure everyone in each office was easily able to speak with one another. This is where we found shoretel.
