Review on Enhancing Baby's Development: Baby Einstein Sticky Spinner BPA-free High Chair Activity Toy, Perfect for Ages 3 Months+ by Brian Wolf

I ordered it on October 3rd for my six month old grandson. He's used it half a dozen times, if ever, but the "spindle" holding the ball in the middle broke, and the ball rolls freely in the sphere. Only a large part of the spindle came out of the toy, a smaller part can fall out at any time and pose a choking hazard! (See photos. Both show most of the spindle next to the toy and on top. A small portion can be seen through the spherical sticks.) I bought this in part for the brand name and their brand reputation. He really liked this toy and we used it while he was sitting in his high chair, which has only happened in the last few weeks when he started eating solid food. Now it is unusable due to choking hazard. I am very disappointed in the quality and lack of durability of this product. I had higher expectations from a well known and respected brand like Little Einstein.
