Size 11 fits normal and looks great with jeans. My dad says he loves them and describes the support as firm but comfortable. This can be good or bad depending on your preference. The fit is also on the wider side, so beware if you have narrow feet. They appear to be well made and should hold up to occasional use. The nice thing about the material is that when it gets dirty it can be wiped off instead of washed. I would say they will definitely give you the support you need to keep you going all day, but I can't tell if they can handle heavy traffic. Only time will tell about this aspect. Whether that's a great shoe at the moment, that's up to me. Highly recommend for nice casual shoes that are not sneakers.
