Review on 🌬️ Fette Filter - MAF2 Compatible Humidifier Wicking Filter. Pack of 4 by Dean Love

I ordered these instead after running out of stock of OEM absorption filters (Aircare MAF2). They seem the same, but they just don't work. I live in the desert in the southwest. The humidifier (Aircare MA0800) runs almost constantly to humidify our music room. I was able to ride the OEM filter for about 2 months before it was replaced. With these filters I get 2 to 3 weeks! The problem is that they just stop absorbing water. The problem becomes apparent when the humidifier fan spins up at high speed from time to time. I check the filter and it's only wet where it was submerged in water. The top half is dry. I don't know why it happens with these filters, but not with OEM MAF2 filters. Certainly not savings.
