Not what was expected.: my review
I bought this for my daughter and got the right size that she wears. It was quite tight around her stomach and an inch and a half more than around her shoulders. Keep the plastic bag it came in so you can return it. I didn't and was very upset when I read that it had to be returned in the original packaging.
