Doesn't stay cool long enough

The pillow itself is comfortable when it comes to support, but I'm disappointed with the cooling. I was hoping that with what I paid for this item it would stay cool for longer. I put my head on the pillow and at first I feel great, but after a few minutes it gets hot again. I will keep looking for a cooling pad that lasts longer.
