I see a lot of customers struggling with the mounting of the taillight and the remote. First, it’s important to note that the screws that come with the product are far too small and do not properly screw on. You must use your own screws or purchase them yourself! The taillight mount may feel loose, and on most bikes, it cannot be mounted onto the seat post. It can only be below the seat post where the frame first begins. Depending on the size of your tires, your tires may cover the view of the taillight when mounting too low so that is something to consider.Next, mounting of the remote. Again, the screws are too small. Either you must use your own screws, or if your handlebars are thick enough, in my case for example, the remote can be mounted without tightening. One offsetting part of this product is the sound of the clicker. It is very high pitched and often annoying but tolerable. The horn is also very loud. However, it does the job, and for the price, it is a great product.
