I love that it is easy to use for both myself as well my clients because of its ease in creating forms/Google Forms with all their required fields! It has allowed me many time-saving benefits which have leaded directly back up from our customers' survey responses (and also helped them realize they were getting what was needed). Nothing really at this point but if you're looking something like Survey Monkey or other similar service then give these two services an honest look before making any decision so there are no regrets afterwards when switching over - save yourself some money now by comparing between different products out there instead spending more later trying one after another without understanding how each product works under specific situations where surveys needs differ.
