The clip is very difficult to open
Despite being a pair of earrings, the clasp requires pliers to open. And even after opening it several times, I still couldn't open it with just my hands. I think I can use metal scissors to cut off the clasp and just use the regular backing to hold the earrings. I'm afraid if I use the clasp as is I'll never be able to take it off. I will no longer order from this company.
