Should have bought one with temperature control
This one doesn't have temperature control, you just turn it on. I used their wax and it melted it into a liquid a little thicker than water. It's dripping everywhere and next time I'll have to sit down at the table and press my face against it to avoid getting wax on it. The collar that came with it is a joke. To put it on I had to rip it and then put it on. It didn't stop the wax from running down the sides. If you buy one of these I would suggest one with temperature control so the wax doesn't melt too thin. I am very disappointed in this product.
