Works great! I bought it on the advice of a youtuber. No complaints, does its job. I heat it up until the wax covers the top (leaving a bead of cold wax in the middle) and then turn it off to heat the remaining cold wax and get it to the perfect temperature! LOL I bought chocolate wax, plugged it in and turned it on. Forget it (don't do it) but I couldn't figure out where the cake smell in my house is coming from. Smells good! Not sure if it heats enough, wish I had a lid other than the plastic one. Also, include more than one sleeve and label the sleeve. Warm up the wax well. Bulky. Not a big space saver.
