Shipping was very fast! I was a bit nervous before purchasing as the 1 star reviews complained about how quickly it heats up. After using it all I can say is ignore the negative reviews. People who bought this and complained about how quickly it heats up obviously didn't realize it was an on/off unit with no heat settings. His goal is to get his job done quickly and efficiently. Does the wax heat up quickly? Definitely! It took about 5 minutes to get it working. When it was completely melted, I turned off the heat. The wax was fully functional for half an hour when I took it off so problem solved! This heater is an excellent bang for your buck. Fits my 14 oz. Wax is excellent and I couldn't be happier! Would recommend to friends.
