USB charging ports do not work with my Samsung S7 Edge (works as if no charger was connected) and do not fully work with some of my other devices including the battery. bank (makes it blink but doesn't charge much). Unfortunately I threw the box away but will be working with Revain to see if a refund or replacement can still be arranged. Maybe I got a failed one, but it would be easier to give it more stars, it was just completely dead as it has features I can use. I was just trying to fix this with a script and obviously didn't understand "USB ports not working"), received a replacement unit and sent the defective unit back free of charge. The replacement unit works as it should, so I'm revising my rating from 1 star to 4 stars (one star removed as I had to deal with a defective unit).
