I work outdoors and have used a lot of different shoe brushes. At some locations we are required to come and/or leave with sanitized boots which means all dirt must first be cleaned and then rinsed and sprayed with alcohol. With a boot scraper on the inside and curved brushes on the outside, this design removes more dirt and grime than any other boot brush I've used, and it's easy to switch from scraper to brush with just one movement of the boot. The way the brushes are raised makes it easy to clean the brush, just spray and the dirt will wash away. I attach the brush to a square piece of plywood, after which you can step anywhere on the plywood with one shoe to hold everything in place while you scrub vigorously with the other shoe. The bristles also last longer than any other type of brush I've used and you can buy replacements. The only problem is that the frame sometimes breaks when someone hits it, but this brush works well for most outdoor enthusiasts.
