In general, I like the product. However if you are buying this for a cradle I would say just use a real cradle comb unless your baby has a lot of hair. If your child is bald or has thin hair, this can be very effective. For those with children with thicker and/or curly hair looking to add this to their arsenal, I recommend using back and forth motions rather than circular motions when using this on a child. .If there is no cradle cap and you just need a baby shampoo brush, this is a great product, the bristles are not harsh and the sponge is strong enough for sponge bathing/washing baby's head.
