I like that it has all of my customer profiles in one place, allowing me to be more efficient when reaching out across multiple platforms for prospecting opportunities and follow-ups after meeting with prospects or customers. There are times where there is quite lag time between actions taken from within the program vs what is tracked externally (e.g., via CRM systems). It helps keep our prospect contact information up to date and organized. The product is very intuitive to use once you figure things out. I wish we could have more fields/options available for entering notes/emails etc. We're trying to improve efficiency by increasing our productivity while also reducing data entry errors. Having an easy way to keep track of conversations and activities allows us to easily see areas for improvement so that we can better engage with clients and prospects.
