The custom reports we were able to get with ProMark are unmatched by any other system. The training from the support staff was also very helpful. ProMark is an excellent system that can easily be expanded to meet any business needs. We solved the issue of tracking time and attendance for our small business. We were able to customize the system to track absences and use it for task management as well. It is very user friendly, easy to navigate and allows you to manage everything you need. The implementation was very easy. I had a few questions when it came to the implementation but the team was very helpful and willing to work with us to ensure we were getting the right solution. The system is very user friendly and has allowed us to streamline our processes and improve our business efficiencies.
