I felt this scrub had its pros and cons. First I will mention the cons as they were the ones that immediately caught my eye. First, it's a bit messy to use. Unlike other scrubs, the contents are crumbly, so it's best applied in the bath or shower where you can wash off anything that falls off. Secondly, be prepared that you will have to wash your face with some kind of soap afterwards, as the charcoal will not wash off on its own. But the professional is definitely worth it, because I noticed immediately that my face has become much softer and smoother. after use and it wasn't hard at all!
