I have had this product for a little over a month. It was overall good value for money and works as advertised. If you're looking for a small town (under 160 square foot) market, this is a quality product you may want to buy. I'm quite happy with mine. On the other hand, I sent an email asking if this model filter is interchangeable with the model 4825 filter and they responded in less than 24 hours, maybe even less than 12 hours! That's the kind of service and response time I expect as a consumer.
