but it's AWESOME! I bought it hoping that it would keep the herbs fresh for at least a week longer than I've been able to keep them, which is usually about a week. It definitely exceeded my expectations. I bought some cilantro, which is the hardest thing for me to keep fresh, and put it in this container on April 9th. I've been looking at it every day, but only opened the container to examine the cilantro yesterday, April 30th. To my surprise, it was as fresh as the day I bought it. That is up to 3 weeks from the date of purchase! It's still in the fridge, but now the tarragon and basil have been added. I believe this product does exactly what it says on the tin and more!
