This basket is the envy of all my friends. It's in my living room and looks like a Mary Poppins magic bag. A lot fits in here. It has become universal for my living room. A couple of blankets, a couple of spare bags, a pair of slippers, a magazine or two, a percussion massager, and *look* I think it's an old onion ring... Just kidding. But seriously, I love this basket. It has a great soft texture but it holds its shape well. I almost expected it to tip over due to the weight of the items inside, but it wasn't! My only concern with white is that it gets very dirty over time. But so far so good. I just have to avoid drinking wine around him. I'm certainly clumsy enough to foresee burgundy stains in the future if I'm not careful... The handles are great when you drag them around the room and they attach very firmly, I believe they are actually rivets. like the top button of blue jeans. In other words, these pins are going nowhere.
