I grew up playing American slots in the late 80's and early 90's. Many of these early arcade games were controller based. More than anything at home, arcade games just didn't feel right in later years thanks to emulation on a standard USB controller or even modern consoles with their great Bluetooth pads. I've tried several arcade joysticks over the years and have struggled to find one that works with everything I have. But this stick, RAP5, was immediately recognized by my Mac. Super easy to map. Switch obviously understands that too. I plan to try this out on my PC and PS4 soon to see what happens there. While it's not advertised as Mac compatible, rest assured it is and no additional drivers are required. The most important aspect for my comfort was enough space to the left of the stick itself for my hand. Most home options that don't reproduce the full breadth of an arcade setup can't give your joystick hand a place to rest. It feels like an arcade at home. The red and black color combination looks sexy as hell and the USB cable compartment keeps things tidy. Highly recommended for people who want an arcade experience at home. Comes with an attachment that allows Switch owners to use it in portable mode. Well!
