Good product: Alternative painkiller

I have to give these 5 stars. Affordable and efficient. I have had plantar fasciitis for about 4 years. These help, they are extremely convenient. Take my advice, this is the most convenient way to freeze your feet. I have the ones with straps, with PF you really need to cure that bow. The band allows you to tighten the band tightly and press the ice pack against the arch of the foot. However, this has a downside. Once you're done and putting them back in the freezer, most of the liquid in the packs will be pushed forward out of the packs, so they'll freeze too. So the solution to this problem is to smooth them out evenly before refreezing them so they're ready to use next time. I use them all the time and will probably buy another pair when I wear them. Edit later: I don't really need the small ice pack that goes behind the foot at the ankle because most of my pain is in the arch area, so for now I'll take a small ice pack and just apply it to the long ice pack. This makes for colder and longer ice sessions where I need it. Hope this helps someone else.
