The customer care team that we have worked with at faye business system group was very attentive to our needs when it came time to implement Salesforce into my organization's workflow process. It took us about 5 months but once everything went live everyone enjoyed using this platform! I would say they could be better communicating how much training will need to take place before implementing any new tool or technology within your department/organization. This did not happen until after implementation had already begun which caused some confusion amongst employees who were expecting all bells & whistles right away. We needed an easy way to keep track of data from multiple sites across several departments. Also wanted something where users can easily create forms without having access to developer tools (which you cannot do directly through SFDC).
