MRM is a powerful email marketing platform!

The platform is easy to navigate and provides all the tools needed for us as marketers in our role as Account Executives at AIGA Insurance Services Group. I dislike that when it comes time to send out campaigns they tend times not to be sent until after we've created them, this can delay sending certain accounts which could negatively impact performance or account retention. Easy Site Builder - Just make them happy

I like that it is easy for my clients to navigate through our website with this tool! The layout can be very confusing at first but once they get used to how things work its great. It would be nice if there was more options in terms of layouts or templates available when creating new campaigns so we don't have duplicate efforts. Make sure you know what type of campaign works best for each client's needs before making any decisions about which one should go live. A lot of times a custom…

I have been working with Meredys for almost 5 months now - we're currently in month 3 or 4 as they were hired at end June 2018- but she's definitely one helluva person! She is very professional yet friendly & down right fun when needed too!! Her skillset includes many areas within our product line which really helped us out since there was so much going around during this pandemic time period that her knowledge base proved beneficial throughout all phases including COVID19/pandemics relief…

Great team of professionals who are always willing

I enjoyed working with all members at MRMS; they were very knowledgeable in both digital and traditional methods for reaching out prospects as well as how to build campaigns that bring leads into our territory! My biggest complaint was not having someone there 24/7 - it would be nice if we could have had more dedicated staff during those slower times when things slowed down! The most beneficial aspect is being able to keep up-to-date throughout the day & night about what people need from us…
