The team at DPi are very knowledgeable in their field which makes them easy to work with as they have an extensive knowledge base for all things Marketing Automation/CRM! The ability to create custom workflows for each client. This allows us to have more control over our workflow process than other platforms we've used in the past. It's not intuitive at first but once you figure it out you'll be fine. The platform is very flexible so that if you need to add or change something along the way you can do so without having to re-do your entire workflow. It's very easy to use for all types or sizes businesses (smaller B2C versus larger enterprise). Their platform offers integrations with many popular CRM systems like Salesforce & Marketo which makes it effortless when integrating data between these programs/toolsets that we currently have in place at my organization! The UI could be improved upon - I think they're working towards this but their existing product has been great since launch so far!! We are able solve our customer engagement needs
