Review on Digital Pi by Duane Ramos

It's very easy to use for all types or sizes businesses (smaller B2C versus larger enterprise). Their platform offers integrations with many popular CRM systems like Salesforce & Marketo which makes it effortless when integrating data between these programs/toolsets that we currently have in place at my organization! The UI could be improved upon - I think they're working towards this but their existing product has been great since launch so far!! We are able solve our customer engagement needs within just minutes after login into an account via mobile devices and web browsers without any need fo IT support staff assistance as well.. The ability to create custom fields that are not in the standard list of features. It's also great for creating custom workflows. I wish there were more options for creating custom reports. Not much, really. It's a good product, but it could use some improvements. We've used Digital Pi for our email campaigns. It has been very helpful in getting new subscribers on board with our products.
