The ability to create custom workflows for each client. This allows us to have more control over our workflow process than other platforms we've used in the past. It's not intuitive at first but once you figure it out you'll be fine. The platform is very flexible so that if you need to add or change something along the way you can do so without having to re-do your entire workflow. I would like to see better integration with Zapier. There are some things that I'm able to do with Zapier that are not possible through Digital Pi. However, this could also be because I don't know how to use Zapier effectively yet. We're solving a problem that we didn't even realize we had - there was no one place where all of our marketing data was stored. Now we have everything in one place and can pull it up anytime we want.
