I enjoyed working with all members at MRMS; they were very knowledgeable in both digital and traditional methods for reaching out prospects as well as how to build campaigns that bring leads into our territory! My biggest complaint was not having someone there 24/7 - it would be nice if we could have had more dedicated staff during those slower times when things slowed down! The most beneficial aspect is being able to keep up-to-date throughout the day & night about what people need from us while using other tools such as LinkedIn or social media channels through which we can reach them directly.
This allows better communication between ourselves and clients than just by phone sometimes makes sense given time constraints but also saves money since less calls means fewer missed opportunities.
