Good design. You look good. But too small for me and not quite functional. This bag keeps its shape. Some bags are soft and fold up until full. This bag is made in the shape of an accordion. The front and back (strap side) are rigid and keep their shape. The main compartment can be expanded and folded like an accordion. That's both good and bad. - Good is style and looks. The bag looks very clean and tidy. The downside is that the bag is quite small. I can't believe this bag is 28 liters. If I put a 15" MBP in the laptop compartment and an iPad in a bag in the main compartment, the main compartment is only 3-4" wide, albeit at full height. It is difficult to store something large. And down to the items at the bottom of the main compartment is very difficult to reach. Another downside is no pockets. It has 2 outside pockets and not enough inside pockets with zips. - The top external pocket is small and practically unusable. - The bottom outer pocket is large but I wouldn't put valuables in there for travelling. - There are several inner pockets but only 1 small zippered inner pocket. When traveling I like to keep my valuables (passport, cell phone, wallet) in the inside zip pocket.
