This is a really nice laptop bag, looks good and I like the denim material. Rigidity is great for protecting something inflexible. It has a large zipped pocket but is fairly shallow so it may not fit in thick or bulky items. I bought it for my HP Pro 13" but my laptop is too thick for this case. My thin 13" Dell fits but I already have a case for it. Originally I wanted to return it because it seemed too inflexible to me, and I didn't really need it, not that I didn't like it. UPDATE: I received an offer from the seller to keep it for myself and order a new one to fit my laptop and if I've changed my rating to positive feedback I don't think my rating was negative , the bag just wasn't practical for me. But I proposed to my daughter, she liked her. I added a photo with her laptop. It's a Dell 13" I'm curious if you really reverse the charge.
