This will be my first negative review. I bought this item for my father who has Alzheimer's disease. The item was defective and I asked for a refund. I received my refund on the day of the return, but about a month later I received a message saying I would be charged for not returning the item. I contacted the company indirectly to let them know that UPS has already collected this package. I urged them to contact me about the matter, but they never did. I just got a message from them that $30 has been taken from my account. I no longer have the product and lost $30.
