Great shoe for most people but not my foot. These shoes were bought for a man. For men's shoes I wear 10 or rarely 9.5. 9.5 Converse Chuck Taylors brand. I wear sports shoes 10.5. Sometimes women's sneakers suit me better. I wear women's Converse Chuck Taylor size 11.5 and some other shoes but this size is hard to find. That's why I usually have to buy women's sports shoes in size 12, 44 or 44.5 euros, and they fit quite well, but sometimes a little longer. I have a size 14 in this shoe. It's 2 sizes bigger than my largest women's size. It's 3.5 sizes larger than my largest men's size. Let me explain my shoe needs: For men, I have a narrow heel and slightly narrow toe box with a higher arch than usual for most men my age/size. I have a very lean foot that appears to be all bone with very little soft tissue in the foot. Women's shoes sometimes look much better on me, because tight men's shoes are very rare and when I find them, they are often too tight at the toes. No socks: I couldn't lace the shoes tight enough because when I tightened the laces the two sides with the eyelet holes touched and it was as tight as these shoes are made for walking. So it has a slightly sloppy fit around the shoe and I think it's very odd, I think women's dance shoes would be made for dancers' slender legs but not for a man's slightly slender legs. This causes a gap in the middle of the foot (in the arch at the top and on the sides). My big toe was a little narrower in length, but after wearing it around the house, the shoe stretched out enough that I think it was bearable enough. wear for a short time that I will wear it. I would like to try size 15 but I'm afraid it will get even looser around my leg. The heel was just a little wider, but I've gotten so used to it that I don't even find it a problem. If I wear a thicker sock, it fits me much better in the heel and around the middle of my foot, but my toe pinches again. If the sides of the shoe were a little shorter, a person could lace them tighter without the two sides of the shoe coming together and touching. Once they converge and touch, there is no adjustment to how tightly they wrap around the midfoot. If it wasn't for this problem they would be great jazz shoes to me! As they are, they would probably fit most people. People with very thin feet may need to look elsewhere. For everyone else, just make sure you choose the right size. Much luck!
