I bought this backpack to take to work every day. I liked that the backpack has different pockets and a laptop pocket inside. However, on the third day of use, one of the straps broke. Frustrated, I took it to a reputable seamstress for repairs as I didn't have a return window (I bought it on Prime Day but didn't get back to work until September). After the repair, another strap broke on the second day of using the repaired bag. This backpack has now proven to be a waste of money and I would not recommend it to anyone.
