Review on 🌀 Fanimation F97910BN - Levon 63" Ceiling Fan, Brushed Nickel with Walnut Blades and Pull Chain by Mia England

My wife loves the look of the fan but was disappointed that the actual color was different from the picture. The color listed on the Revain listing page is very misleading. because it is much lighter than the true fan color. Oil-Rubbed Bronze is dark brown like the color you see on the Fanimation DR1-60OB rod listing. I set it up with a tension chain set to the highest speed. I then use the Lutron SFSQ-FH-WH Electronics Slide Control fan speed dial to toggle any of the three speeds on or off. When I installed the fan, there was a rhythmic hum from the engine at high rpm, but everything was fine at low and medium rpm. Now a few months later the hum from the high speed motor is gone so I've upped the rating. The installation went fine, but if I ever installed another I would put dampers in the fan and add blades after it was installed on the ceiling. Screwing in the shutters leading up to the 8 foot ladder was a headache. I managed to install 2 blades on the wrong side of the doors and it was easy for me to remove the blades and reinstall them on the stairs on the right side.
