The ability for our organization's employees to access information from anywhere at any time is extremely beneficial! There are many features that we haven't utilized yet but have been able learn about through training sessions offered by ECIMS personnel.-The amount of support provided when needed-ECims has always made themselves available whenever there was an issue or question - they were never too busy nor did not seem annoyed/rude if you called during non business hours as well which helped us greatly since this program runs 24x7.
