There are many features that we haven't utilized yet but have been able learn about through training sessions offered by ECIMS personnel.-The amount of support provided when needed-ECims has always made themselves available whenever there was an issue or question - they were never too busy nor did not seem annoyed/rude if you called during non business hours as well which helped
