The ability to manage all aspects of our facility from one system is very helpful. As we continue to grow it has become more difficult for us to keep up with changes that are made by other users or new ideas brought forth by others. This can sometimes be frustrating because there may not always be someone around who knows how something should work. It's also hard to find information about things like building policies. We've been able to streamline many processes through this software but have realized some benefits such as better reporting and data analytics.
