I ordered the menorah as a going away gift for a friend who lives in London and was visiting me in the United States. I really liked the menorah as a nice Hanukkah gift. Then I ordered it based on receiving it on November 20, and was planing to give it to him before he went back to London on November 21. This beautiful menorah arrived on November 22, too late, as my friend was already gone. It was so embarrassing for me, as I was the only one without a gift for him. Now I have to pay a hefty shipment for sending it to him overseas. In that respect, I am not happy with this order at all.Update: I changed my score to 5 stars. Seller contacted me and offered to compensate for the shipping cost. This is something that you don’t see a lot of sellers do. So, not only the Menorah is nice, I did not lose money due to late arrival. I am very happy with the seller and the Menorah.
