Very flexible rubber that can be worn under hiking boots

In the winter I hike through the mountains of New Hampshire. These spikes easily slip on my boots in a minute. Once on the trail, they easily cling to hard ice and slippery snow. So no falls into cold rivers. The spikes make me feel like I'm holding onto every step!
