When you open it for the first time you will think, wow, this pillow is flat. But leave it for an hour and it will swell up immediately. And further up. And rises. And rises. You may think it's fluffy and soft, but my goodness, it's a hard pillow. Solid F×××ing! It was like a mountain under my head. I've emptied half the filling out of each pillow and it's still pretty damn hard, but at least my neck isn't at a 90 degree angle now. I like that it stays cool and although my head now leaves a little imprint in the foam which is nice or maybe I like that I now have enough stuffing to stuff my decorative covers so I can use the pillows I bought can return.
