Keep trying to fluff this item and it WILL NOT FLUSH. Dry in the dryer for 15 minutes according to the instructions. I've been doing this for an hour now (per pillow) and they're still flat and hard as a board! Also, I ordered a king size which is NOT. How should I return them after they've been in the dryer? What a RIP!

They have never been used to be extra thick in the last 3 days and I'm worried they will flatten out over time. Other bamboo/foam pillows I've ordered in the past have been quite thick, especially in the middle. Perhaps over time the material inside can be manipulated to fill out the center a bit more and appear thicker. They're not uncomfortable, and to be honest their thickness is pretty good for real-world use, but I'm just worried about them flattening out prematurely.

When you open it for the first time you will think, wow, this pillow is flat. But leave it for an hour and it will swell up immediately. And further up. And rises. And rises. I bought these after buying the disappointingly flat feather pillows. I wanted something soft yet supportive and that's exactly what I got with them. My husband loves the new pillows. These pillows were tightly rolled into small cylindrical pouches. You should strip them, unwrap them, and then throw them (one at a time!) in the dryer (on low heat!) for about 10-20 minutes.
