I appreciate that they have the ability to customize all of the emails for the different campaigns that we run. They are very responsive and helpful in solving any issues or questions. The biggest issue we have is the lack of consistency with which our emails are sent out. Sometimes multiple times throughout the day, sometimes not at all and then other times only sporadically. This can be frustrating when you know that your customers may be expecting an email but it never comes through. We would like to see this addressed. If you are looking to create customized emails, look no further than Caffeine and Commerce. The team has helped us send out targeted emails to our customers that are both useful and engaging. I have worked with them for almost two years now and every time they are very professional and easy to work with. They offer great support, training as well as ongoing coaching. Nothing so far. If you want to see it through with them, they will be there till the end. They have helped us build our eCommerce store, and we're excited about what's next! We've been able to grow sales and have an amazing customer experience by providing our customers with a simple and beautiful website.
